Initiative of CERSAI - CKYC (Central KYC Registry) is a centralized repository of KYC records of customers in the financial sector with uniform KYC norms and inter-usability of the KYC records across the sector with an objective to reduce the burden of producing KYC documents and getting those verified every time when the customer creates a new relationship with a financial entity.


An Automated Solution which helps institutions meet the Guidelines and requirements of CERSAI, RBI, SEBI, IRDA & PFRDA guidelines. CREDENT is not just creating CKYC upload-able files. New client uploads:
Credent creates Bulk Upload File for new client records. The system will also track the status of the records at several levels.

Download, Compare and Modify:
Credent helps in bulk download of the client records for those already registered with CKYC and compare with details in possession. Then it creates the bulk upload response file to be uploaded to CKYC. This includes complete match, partial match & probable match records.

Managing Updates:
Credent automatically monitors the notifications of the uploaded records for real-time updates and periodic updates, rejections at multiple levels.

API Integration:
Credent provides easy APIs that can be integrated with any existing client data-base management system or back-office system so that periodic client information modifications at CKYC, can be updated at the institute level.

SFTP Connect:
Credent connects with SFTP of the CKYC system for the uploads and downloads of client records automatically, removing all human interventions and errors.
